Naming Opportunities are available for those who desire to leave an everlasting memorial of a loved one.
Southeast Volusia Care Center
This 12-bed care center offers a private, home-like environment with specialized care just steps away. It has a nautical theme which creates a casual atmosphere that is relaxing and soothing. There is a cozy family room with a fireplace and rocking chairs for all to enjoy.
Each patient suite has a private bath, scenic patio, individual climate control, private phone, HD television and Internet access. Sitting rooms are available that include a sleep sofa that can accommodate two family members There is a Chapel available for patient and family use.

West Volusia Care Center
This 18-bed care center is located on five acres of wooded land and open fields in the heart of West Volusia. The architecture combines home-like familiarity with state-of-the-art efficiencies.
Each patient room is located in a six room pod with individual bathrooms, climate controls, telephone, Internet access and a television. Each room has a sleep sofa to accommodate family members. In addition to the patient rooms, each wing of the care center has a sitting room for visitors. There is a Chapel available for patient and family use.

Port Orange Care Center
This 16-bed care center is located on Dunlawton Avenue in Volusia County. This center has a memorial walkway around the building with a gazedo for patients and families to enjoy.
Each patient room features its own patio, bathroom, individualized climate control, private telephone, Internet access and television. There is a great room for families to sit in with a piano and children's corner. There is a Chapel available for patients and family use.
